A benefit for a Canadian dealer purchasing with Navito World is, the Canadian dealer can reclaim the sale taxes paid in the year end. Which is not the case when a Canadian dealer makes purchases out of Canada, which can result in un-claimable Taxes, foreign exchange rates, additional import and duty fees.

Dealers must first fill in an application form and have it signed and approved by Navito World.   Once the application has been approved, a dealer account will be created and sent to the dealer.

Upon receiving the dealer account password, the dealer can log into their account and make orders.

Once logged in as a dealer account, items will appear with dealer discount pricing.

For Preorders:

  • Once a pre-order is received, quantities can be adjusted up until the date of the pre-order closure.
  • Once the date has passed, no more changes can be processed and the dealer is responsible for the ordered amount of product.
  • Pre-orders will shipped out from our Asian warehouse unless specified by the dealer to ship from our Canadian warehouse. (Additional charges may apply to ship from Canada)
  • Invoices will be delivered by e-mail to dealers once shipment has been prepared and processed from our Asian warehouse.
  • Payment is due 7 days upon receiving the invoice.
  • Since release dates vary for each product, products that are available to be processed at the time of shipment will be batched together.
  • Release dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays. Please contact Navito World if such a delay occurs and we can provide updated dates straight from the manufacturers.
  • Shipments from our warehouse are subject to delays from your own border agencies. In such cases, it may be necessary for you to contact your local customs agency to resolve any issues or gain an updated delivery time.
  • Please Note: Although pre-orders are placed directly with the manufacturers, unforeseen circumstances may alter the amount of available product. In these extremely rare cases, Navito World will attempt to fairly adjust quantities to insure all dealers who pre-ordered receive a portion of their allotment.

For In-Stock Orders:

  • Once your order has been placed, it will be processed immediately. Please allow up to two business days for your product to be shipped. 
  • While we are preparing your order, quantities can be adjusted.
  • Once the order is submitted a staff member will contact you with the invoice, along with payment options. Payment is due before shipment.
  • Since release dates vary for each product, products that are available to be processed at the time of shipment will be batched together.
  • Once your order has been shipped, invoices will be delivered by e-mail to dealers.
